	President's Message
Welcome to 2007-2008 season! This year sees the expansion of the GMHA(W) due to several clubs from local ladies league Stockport merging together to form 5 new teams other newcomers also include Heaton Ladies and the City of Manchester. The committee has some new faces, I would like to thank them and our existing members in advance for their support in organising and developing our league. Our representatives in the North this season are Manchester University and Didsbury Northern in the Feeder league and Bolton Hockey Club who have moved up into the North Premiere league. What's On

Breast Cancer Awareness


	We will be supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and the Beechwood Cancer Care Centre this season We aim to raise over £1000 at our 7-a-side tournament at the Armitage Centre on April 19th 2008.

Firstly a big thank you to all the teams you have signed up to attend, the response was over whelming and all the places have been filled. Also a big thanks to all umpires for finals days and this event as they have donated their fees to the charity too.

We are still looking for donations for tombolo, auction and cake stand.
